Thank you for conducting your recent lunch and learn program . . . . Your presentation style was engaging, concise, and packed with many basic, practical tips delivered in a relatively short period of time. The attorneys came away with tactics they could use immediately to improve their email communications. We appreciate all the thought and planning you clearly put into crafting and delivering the program.

Thank you for the excellent “Email That Works” program you presented at our division’s retreat last month. The group included a full range of health professionals: secretaries, nurses, doctors, psychologists, nutritionists, researchers, and more. . . . I was pleased that you customized your presentation for our group and our specific email problems. Your comments on effectively using the email “subject line” were particularly useful. The day after the retreat, I saw a marked improvement in my email “Inbox”. I am very pleased that the improvement continues, one month later.
